We're always on the lookout for the performance poets, storytellers, lyricists and rappers of the future and invest in opportunities for young people to develop their skills and showcase their talent.  These can range from open mic events to ongoing projects working on all aspects of becoming a performer.

We also run national training sessions and masterclasses for artists at all stages of their careers from developing performance and writing skills, to working cross-artform and developing the necessary skills to deliver education work.

Yourlabel
Yourlabel meets on Tuesdays at 5pm, at Chats Palace in Hackney. Led by rap artist Kenny Baraka, the group develop their lyric writing and recording skills and took part in a performance at Shoreditch Festival 2009. Yourlabel is open to all up-and-coming MC/poet/writer/lyricist/producers aged 13-19.
