PROFESSIONAL SPOKEN WORD ARTISTS Chris Bennett, Michael Parker, Chris Redmond, Rosy Carrick and Steve Larkin have coached teams of young people from across the region. Now those young poets are ready to Shake the Dust.

Join the 5 SOUTH EAST TEAMS as they showcase their work and compete for a place at the National Shake the Dust Final.

HOSTED by Kenny Baraka, with special guest performances from hip hop tour de force Dizraeli and two times UK Slam Champion and Female World Beatbox Champion Bellatrix.

JUDGED by Ros Barber, Khadijah Ibrahiim and Max Lindsay

PARTICIPANTS: Forest Education Centre, Redbridge Community Centre, Samuel Cody Specialist Sports College, Harrow Way Community School and Quilley School of Engineering.

SHADOW POETS: Tina Sederholm, Graham Smith, Louise Halvardsson, Matt West and Paul Cree.
